Everyone was very nice. The food was excellent too. The janitors were not thorough at all.
I am not a fan of Urgent cares !! This place was different though...felt familiar, clean, friendly...almost like my Doctors Office. I was very surprised and glad I went and would highly recommend them to all my friends and family!! A+ to everyone who works there and Thank you!!
I'm not sure why this place has such bad reviews but I actually tell others to go here when they are sick or have hurt themselves and dont want to go to the ER. I feel this place is clean, they are efficient and kind.
Dr. Casey Ogburn (OBGYN) WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND CARED A LOT ABOUT HIS JOB. HE DIDN'T JUST HAVE ME COME IN AND OUT OF HIS OFFICE LIKE MOST DOCTORS DO. HE LISTENED AND TOOK CARE OF ME WITH NO WAIT TIME. HIS NURSE SUPERVISOR WAS AMAZING AS WELL.
Not pleased with the “doctor” who talked in circles for 10 minutes. Sort of talking to me like I was a toddler. Been dealing with pain for a long time, left work to come here because it’s affecting my daily life so mad. Seemed like she was ready to go home, they were closing when I left. Ended up in more pain after leaving from her “stretching my pain away”. Felt very unprofessional on her part.
