I’ve been a patient here for the past 10+ years and they are friendly and professional. I especially am grateful for the quality of service, professionalism, and friendliness of my current primary care provider Taylor Meyers. She listens, and is extremely responsive and reliable.
Dr. Bader has been my Primary Care Physician for over 20 years. I drive 45 minutes to go here because this is a wonderful establishment. Staff are friendly and helpful.

This office opens at 8:30. I had an appointment scheduled at 8:45. I was brought back to exam room on time but I am writing this at 10:15 and nobody has came to even give me an update on when I will be seen. I would rather drive to Cincinnati to have a real doctors office give me a physical. Do not waste your time here.
Dr. Emmert is nice and helpful. The office staff could use improvement. They tend to not answer the phone. I needed a simple prescription refill and heard from my pharmacy that it had been refused by the physician's office. Called the next day - took 15 min before they would answer the phone and I did not want to leave a message because I needed to find out why my prescription refill was refused. Apparently there is no longer an option to hold incoming calls - you have to just keep dialing until they pick up or leave a messa... read more
