I love the environment and the fact that they have so many great machines, esp recumbent steppers and elliptical machines. Everyone has been helpful and friendly.

Acupuncture!!! I love it. My shoulder has been acting up and not able exercise. I have had 2 treatments with Katie and already seeing a big difference. Thank you!!
I had physical therapy for my shoulder and Steve did a great job. I was worried that surgery may be required, but after several sessions, I'm back to normal. Playing golf and working out. Great job!
