I would like to have given Bethesda five Stars based on the kindness of the nurses and doctors. However we had a very difficult situation when it came to paperwork and dealing with discharge and follow up appointments. My mother has Alzheimer's and was transported to the hospital and ended up needing surgery followed by a hospital stay of about one week. If I could put zero stars i would talk about rude and we let these people attend to our medical needs i will be talking to the ceo regarding my experience as well as never coming here again
Don't get transfered to here. The er doctor does tests see something very serious transfer you and all this hospital does is fill you with pain meds . Does nothing to find or fix whats going on. If I could give just one nurse stars I would give her a 5 star. Just one , the rest was rude and hateful. Even the doctor was.
My friend took his wife to Bethesda North on 16th August for serious side effects from Baclofen medication. She was in room19 under the care nurse name Somantha. At 3:31 nurse came the patient requested for a cup of water. She said she needs doctor permission and told he will visit soon. Doctor didn’t come.
