Took my son in for severe outbreak of eczema. The nurses were very condescending also didn’t want to take blood work to see if it was underlying issues . Did not feel welcome there or comfortable there at all . Next time I will keep driving south and go to UC , also my mother in law was at St . Elizabeth and excellent care . Btw , I was with my son at ER . Never again will I go there . Reason why they have 2.9 rating
Our family’s experience over the last five months has been incredibly difficult and, at times, heartbreaking. While there were a few truly compassionate caregivers, there were also far too many instances of unprofessional and unacceptable care that left my husband feeling unsafe and deeply traumatized. Literal feces on the floor and toilet of the room they put me in see photos on their social media
I cannot say enough about the incredible care my brother received in the Critical Care ICU at Bethesda North. From the moment he was airlifted in with severe esophageal bleeding, the entire team acted quickly, professionally, and with so much compassion. A special thank you to Annie, Seth, and Stephanie—each of you went above and beyond.
