I've been here 4-5 times for various appointments and the girls at the front desk are wonderful. However, I have not had one good experience with the nursing staff or Dr. Bonar. I usually will give grace and the benefit of the doubt for a bad day, personal issues, etc. but every time I go it's the same. Dr. Bonar was very cold and dismissive of valid questions when it comes to my own personal health at every single appointment. I have had a very poor experience with this practice. In route to appointment i called and discovered their computer system malfunctioned and canceled my appointment without knowledge, and offered no other solution than rescheduling a good distance out. I started back home, but called again and was able to find help with a different front desk scheduler who said they worked me in, even though it was now a later time. I recently saw Dr. Ian Foley for a second opinion, and the difference in care was immediate. From the start, he took the time to listen carefully and approach everything with a fresh, unbiased perspective rather than relying on previous assumptions. They’ll cancel your appointment for being 1 minute late. I live 45 minutes away and was told that I wouldn’t be seen even after calling and letting them know I was running behind and being told it was ok. I’ve been with Tri Health for going on eight years and I think it’s about time to find a new provider.
