Just terrible I had an appointment for 10 this lady takes 7 walk ins then at 11 I go up and ask what's the hold up and she try to say I didn't have an appointment then checked her computer and says sorry but your appointment would've taken longer than an hour anyway. So what take walk ins before a scheduled appointment I should've been seen by then no matter how long she thought my appointment was going to take I left wok for that appointment I scheduled and still didn't get seen. Unacceptable!!
I have gone to this location for a number of years now.. Everyone I have ever had contact with has gone over and beyond their duties to treat you with the utmost care and kindness! They always make sure that your given the best treatment possible.. God Bless All of them!!

Billing department on family/internal medicine side is awful. Been going back and forth on a claim that was billed incorrectly to our insurance 4- almost 5 months ago. Providers office charging an “office visit” instead of an annual- then making it near impossible to get your prescription refills. Reaching out to patient relations does next to nothing.
