If their bullshit website is to be believed, then WHY do they have a 1.4 star Google review!
This group allowed a professional building to deteriorate through lack of proper upkeep. Everything is a bandaid fix, and it's a 100+ year old building (Wilson Plaza) which really requires knowledgeable repair...which isn't provided. The difference between the building condition now vs previous owners is shocking.
ATTENTION: Trigild hired our firm to clear trash, junk and litter from a property they were managing at 711 Estes in Longview TX. A pre approved letter was received from Erica Edwards, property manager. The work was completed and they are refusing to pay our firm because they lost the job of managing the property! The amount is $3,900.00. I can understand why they lost the management, as they are crooked as a snake! Beware Beware!
I'm in the Edison in Chicago. They do not care about the building or lives of the residents. They have 2 maintenance employees for 200 units. They do NOT hire professional, insured tradesmen to do work in the building. My kitchen sink smells like sewage, the apartment was not clean when I moved in and there were rodent and big droppings in the unit. Do not live in one of their buildings, avoid them at ALL costs.
