A couple friends and I were visiting from out of town. We called TriForce CrossFit do a last minute drop in class. Angi responded quickly and provided all the information immediately so we can make the class. Coach Felicity was friendly, knowledgeable and motivational. All the members and staff were extremely welcoming. We had a great experience. Excellent CrossFit facility!
Triforce has been amazing so far! The coaches are motivating and know their stuff. The community of members are so supportive! My only regret was not doing this sooner…I am in for the long haul with Chris and his staff!
Triforce WGV changed my life. I mean, I had to get up and go there and it’s hard at the start of course but it gets easier and I saw a difference in my body after just one week !! The most important thing for me though was from the moment I stepped in through the door I was welcomed. Do you know, to this day everytime I turn up someone goes out of their way to smile and say hello. That may not matter to alot of people but it does to me…
