Been a member here for about 6 months. Love it here, and because of that I am able to be consistent with getting workouts in (ie I actually enjoy going to the gym!). I was new to CrossFit, but Chris and team do a tremendous job making newbies feel at home, figuring things out, scaling where needed/appropriate, but also pushing us to do/be our best. Highly recommend TriForce CrossFit. Great gym with awesome coaching staff and members. Everybody is so welcoming and supportive. The availability of the group classes and open gym option makes it easy to attend, regardless of your schedule. If you want to try CrossFit for first time, this is the place to be. You will be loving burpees in no time. Your only regret will be not joining sooner.
TriForce CrossFit has significantly boosted my overall fitness, providing a diverse and challenging workout routine that has increased my strength, stamina, and confidence. I've found the community aspect incredibly supportive, and the workouts are both engaging and effective, helping me reach goals I never thought possible.
