I’ve been doing CrossFit on and off since 2007, and when my husband and I moved here from Cleveland, we joined TriForce CrossFit right away. We’re so glad we did! The coaches and members are incredibly welcoming, supportive, and motivating. The community has made it so much easier to make friends and feel at home in a new place. TriFoorce Crossit is awesome, can’t say enough good things about it ! Great coaches and community of athletes ! I started CrossFit about 3 months ago and I have made leaps and bounds on my mobility and cardio without no injuries, because of the coaches advice and knowledge ! I’m very impressed with my progress in a short amount of time . It has helped me tremendously on how to become stronger, have proper form , endurance , cardio & confidence!💪🏋️♀️
