The perfect mix of proper training and essential equipment. The atmosphere is every lifter and body builders dream. The comfort of privacy and the "let's get it" vibrations make every workout electrifying. Chad and Logan are excellent teachers, mentors and businessmen. My hats off to TriFit every time.
New to the gym scene... owners help in every step of the journey, they make adjustments to accommodate your capabilities til you no longer need help. Very motivating members help as well.

I've been lifting weights for over 15 years, this is what a gym is supposed to be. Owners are good people. Has an old school feel with new equipment, so you can accomplish any and every fitness goal you have. It's great for beginners, average gym goers and veterans. It's also very convenient because of its location.
