Graeme and his team were terrific from start to finish. Of the three bids we received, Graeme's design made the most sense for our needs and the price was fair, especially for Mitsubishi equipment. They did a great job and completed a fairly complex installation in 4 days. The team was small and very easy to work with. Graeme even proactively trimmed a bit off the quoted price because the ductwork was less complex than they anticipated! I'm pretty picky when it comes to contractors, but this is an A+ company.
