Trifecta Home Care is the best. Silviya is great and pays attention to detail and always surprises you with just how nice and caring she is. She is there every step of the way, helping with every aspect of my uncle's care. So relieved to know she is good hands, even when I am more than an hour away. I cannot recommend Trifecta Home Care highly enough.
I highly, highly, highly recommend Trifecta Home Care in Hammonton. For the longest time, I have had problems getting my mom reliable help because everyone we talked to kept trying to get us to accept services and hours we could not afford or need at that time. Silviya was agreeable to our ours, explaining why the process works like that, then offer us options that met our goals and budget. I was so appreciative of her understanding and willingness to work with us at this difficult time in our family.
I give Silviya 10 stars for her patience and understanding. I was not familiar with how Home Care services work, and how benefits for veterans apply for our family. Silviya took time to explain the whole process. She even sent us lots of information about different programs, explaining that we choose what was best for us regardless of whether it ended up being with her agency or not.
