I had an appointment with Molly, being new to the area I just tried out a great deal on groupon! I have really long hair and get pretty nervous, Molly put me right at ease! She listened to exactly what I wanted. The salon was clean and perfectly decorated. The entire process was great and I got exactly what I wanted!!

I bought a groupon for a balayage , I made an appointment had pictures and from the moment I got there it was so relaxing. I got seated and was told to make myself at home . Once it was time for my appointment Lan walked down and greeted me. She asked me for what I wanted. I originally had two pictures one for a cool tone balayage and warm. Not realizing it that they're both different. Lan has suggested the warm tone since my hair is already warm toned. I agreed. I would never recommend anyone to go here EVER!!! I walked into the place and there was a "receptionist" there playing on her computer NOT acknowledging that I walked in then proceeds to a back room then asks "are you checking in" ? I said no and she said NOTHING after that. I was just walking by after getting a coffee and noticed their window displays which captured my attention and decided to see what they were about. Trieva's is the best when it comes to customer service. Their extremely friendly staff, high quality of service, beautiful spa ambience, everything makes me want to go back. I have tried different services from waxing to facials and massages with a few different girls and each time they have delivered consistently good service. I'd say this place is a hidden gem!
Kasi has been cutting my hair for a long time but she never fails to disappoint and always surprises me with amazing new cuts and styles. The cut I received today was by far and away the best cut I've ever had. It's very clear that Kasi knows what she is talking about and continues to learn and able to suggest a service that the client will love. Received a color gloss on my nails with Nicole Kubota. It turned out absolutely beautiful. My nails are a very unusual shape and difficult to make look nice and Nicole did a beautiful job. Very happy with Nicole's work.
