Got 75 minute facials for my mom and me since we enjoyed it last year. Both of us concluded this time the service was ok, less personal and less comprehensive than previous visit. People were nice enough but seemed like fewer treatments and a lot of laying around waiting.

Randi was awesome! She did a great job cutting my thick, wavy hair. It's exactly how I wanted it. I found Trieva's through Groupon and will definitely be scheduling a follow up appointment with them. Would highly recommend!
My hair was FRIED!!! I was literally losing it! I was able to make an immediate appointment that day and Dede saved it!!! It looks AMAZING!

This place is just perfect. The staff are friendly and very, very good, the atmosphere is gorgeous and relaxing, and it isn't too expensive or hard to get an appointment. If you arrive early you can sit in the sauna for a few minutes, which is a really nice way to transition out of hectic/busy life and into the spa experience. I came a few times for various special occasions/gift card packages that I received and now I get massages once a month from Dana.
Amanda is the best! She does all my waxing and facials. Never disappointed with the service and professionalism. I will definitely be a lifelong customer. Excellent services with reasonable pricing. Top notch!!!
