I’m sharing my personal experience working with this company as a property owner. Since they also operate as landlords, I initially expected a smooth and professional collaboration. This company is a landlord themselves and should understand basic business principles, but on the contrary, they take luxury homes to do business, and when the business doesn’t go well, they refuse to pay rent. Even more outrageous, they fabricate all sorts of issues with the property. This company has no credibility whatsoever.

I rented a property to Kaleigh Trider in Newport Beach, and based on my experience and reports from several other landlords, I would strongly advise caution. She represented herself as a real estate professional with high-quality clients. After the lease began, she submitted numerous repair requests--over 50, including items that were not broken--and then stopped paying rent altogether. Alan Trider is an unprofessional realtor. He takes a long time to return phone calls and when he does, he gives out information about potential applicants. He is also prejudice against people with ESA's. He didn't know what ESA stood for. What a joke. This man should not be in the real-estate business.
