Trident is far and away the best veterinarian my dogs have had. Dr. Ashbaugh and the entire staff are incredible and very compassionate. The office is state of the art to insure your pet gets the best treatment possible. All 3 of my girls like this place, even my very anxious Beagle mix. HIGHLY recommended!
I had an uncomfortable experience at this clinic. I politely asked if they offered a cash discount — not expecting one, just inquiring. The staff member went to check with the manager, and I could hear the manager laugh and say “no.” It wasn’t the answer that bothered me, but the lack of professionalism and respect in how it was handled. I value courtesy in any service setting, and unfortunately, this experience left me disappointed.
Everything you do for pet care is 5 stars plus. If your pet receives a diagnosis you take your time explaining it to the pet parent and take the time to answer any questions and also listen to the pet parent needs to handle your pet. All your staff for their caring nature of the well being for your pet and you is exceptional.
The team at Trident is amazing. Dr. Ashbaugh was very thorough in his exam of our dog and his staff is the best ever. This morning I received a follow-up call to see if all is well with our furry family member. Great care, great physical plant and wonderful staff.
