they are a real nightmare. they do absolutely NOTHING for your property. they do not post or track payments. they monopolize all aspects of your property and make you lose control of what's going on. forget about asking for anything, they are going to keep you around and round for weeks without giving a straight answer. recurrent payments like utilities or insurances are going unpaid constantly. This Company-George Zamora Who managed-rented my condos unit 9 and again unit 10 at 840 10th street in Miami Beach Fl was so Negligent , Rented units to people who ended up destroying both my condos, meanwhile they were informing me the tenants were nice and clean and the units were kept well. Broken doors, apliances , washer ,drier, dishwasher, Kitchen cabinets, broken broken windows sinking bathtubs Mold every where...
