Me and husband rented a house with them for a little over 4 years and they were definitely the best landlords we had over our decade in st pete. They were always quick to address any issues we had, including hurricane related damages. Shout out to the property manager Kyle, he was always a pleasure to communicate with!
Wonderful experience renting through Trident. A welcome mix of quick communication and a respectful relationship from landlord to tenant. All maintenance requests were handled efficiently -including during 2024 hurricanes- and rent prices are very competitive with st Pete area. Trident has done an awesome job for me as a property manager. He is knowledgeable, responsive, and provides a full value service to me. He has assisted with both regular maintenance and emergency repairs, and I know he is appreciated by myself as owner and my tenant. He is most highly recommended.
