There is a reason why this company has 5 stars. I wish I could give them 10 stars. I like the fact that this company offers 24 hour service. At first I was referred to a different property management company whom still hasn’t returned my call from a week ago. Their reviews were 1 star. Ethan quickly took my call and scheduled a time to meet the same day. My tenant felt comfortable as well with him. I do not recommend this business based on my knowledge of Kyle’s business practices, accounting practices and ethics. I have been a client and a business partner of Kyle’s and do not recommend him to anyone.
Poor property management company. Homes look dilapidated, and appliances not maintained.
Honestly, it’s been a pretty pleasant rental experience with this company. Kyle was my property manager and he was very responsive, professional, and understanding with any concerns that I had. The app that they use is easy to navigate for both work orders and paying rent.
