Have not had the best experience with my rental home in general, but I've had an amazing experience dealing with my property manager, Petie. Any issue I've had, big or small, she has been on top of. Always answers calls or texts quickly and always comes up with a solution or game plan for any problems I bring to her. This particular move was extremely stressful, but she did her very best to make sure I was taken care of. Highly recommend Petie for anyone renting properties through Trident.

0 stars if I could. is that a cheesy way to start? How about: We moved from across the country last Fall and our life has been miserable because of Trident and Kyle since then? Starting on day 1 of our move, up until he jumped ship, Kyle proved himself to be a dishonest and poor property manager. Kyle advertised this house with “brand new appliances and flooring.” Guess how many appliances were in full working condition when we first moved in? None.
