Honestly, it’s been a pretty pleasant rental experience with this company. Kyle was my property manager and he was very responsive, professional, and understanding with any concerns that I had. The app that they use is easy to navigate for both work orders and paying rent.
I am so grateful to have such an amazing company renting me my home. The customer service has been excellent from the first day I ever inquired. Petie Maguire and Kyle Launius have been wonderful they helped me get my home and made it such a smooth experience which was so needed for me after loosing everything and my home in hurricane Helene. We absolutely loved living here! Ben the landlord is an amazing guy and will help you out whenever you need anything, even if it doesn’t pertain to the house. The house itself is in an amazing part of downtown in a quiet neighborhood and the yard with the creek and deck make you feel like you have your own oasis! (The house also gets amazing natural lighting you can’t find most places) I couldn’t recommend more living here or in any of the properties they have. Best experience I’ve had as a renter!!
The agent I was working with trying to rent from Trident seemed to have zero integrity. I worked in rentals in Manhattan and I never would have treated a client the way she did. Zero communication and transparency. I was under the impression we were closing the deal... meanwhile she took 3 other applications without letting me know (within hours).
