They have poor communication and they didn’t bother to fix an issue with my locks which was a safety issue because I had to leave my back door unlocked many days due to not being able to lock it with the key because of how rusty/old the door knob key holes were. The key would constantly jam. Working with Trident was an amazing experience! They were responsive, professional, and accommodating. I wish I could have worked with them longer, but the brief experience I did have was nothing short of outstanding. I recommend them without hesitation!

So far the most responsive property management we had since I started renting with this landlord. Repairs are usually made in timely manner when possible. And I think we had changed management like 3 times. Hope you continue with the good work. 4 stars just because I wish the exterior was kept a little better, but it may not be up the them.

I first moved out at 18 (now nearly 30) and no experience thus far has come close to trident as far as comfort is concerned. Communication is very important to me, and trident makes that really easy.
