Non responsive. Terrible Property management company.
My customer recently went to drop off an application to their office. The girl at the yelled at the customer and made her take the entire file back saying there is no way the file was complete, even though she did not even bother to look if anything was missing. The customer was not allowed to leave the file and had to come back the next day, with the same file, nothing added, and then they finally took it.
