Outstanding Work, Fair Pricing, and a Crew That Takes Pride in the Job! We had an excellent experience with Trident Pool from beginning to end. Owners Scott and Shannan were professional, fair with their pricing, and graciously provided us with a military discount, which we genuinely appreciated. We received three bids for this project, and Trident Pool was not only the most cost-effective choice, but also the right choice. 100% Satisfied!! Las Vegas is not known for superior service and kept promises when it comes to the service industry, but Trident Pools proved otherwise at every step. We refurbished our waterfall, tile and quartz and Scott/Carson met all the deadlines they said they would hit, within budget and it looks fantastic. Thank you to the entire team for a job well done and done on time!!

We appreciate their responsibility to install the handrail exactly where I needed it to be & now I get to enjoy my pool the whole summer due to them ... read more

Scott was always very responsive to my questions and requests. Erik and his crew did a great job and always cleaned up after themselves. The cost was very reasonable. Better than any other estimate we received. We will definitely u... read more

Every interaction felt personal, honest, and respectful. Hailey, their job estimator, was fantastic—thorough, friendly, and responsive. She m... read more
