Our cool deck around the pool is 19 years old and flaking. Also some tree roots lifted some of the concrete in an area. Trident came out, replaced the concrete and removed and replaced the old cool deck. They were great! Carson gave us a great estimate and was very helpful in the process. I am so glad that I contacted Trident Pool for our renovation. Trident repaired and resurfaced our kool deck, replastered the pool, and installed a new safety rail at the stair end. From the first call I made to the office to make an appointment for an estimate, the company was professional and responsive. We are extremely pleased with the pool replastering work. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail from start to finish. They communicated well throughout the process, completed the project on schedule and left the area clean and tidy. The quality of the workmanship was exceptional and the pool looks beautiful. 100% Satisfied!! Las Vegas is not known for superior service and kept promises when it comes to the service industry, but Trident Pools proved otherwise at every step. We refurbished our waterfall, tile and quartz and Scott/Carson met all the deadlines they said they would hit, within budget and it looks fantastic. Thank you to the entire team for a job well done and done on time!!

Because I am disabled I needed a handrail to get in & out of my pool , Trident sent a associate right over to see what & where we needed the handrail installed at. They then set us up for installation within a few days of giving us a very fair estimate to install a handrail. The guys who installed it were very respectful of our property & had the handrail installed in no time . We appreciate their responsibility to install the handrail exactly where I needed it to be & now I get to enjoy my pool the whole summer due to them ... read more
