I chose this company for the professionalism Carson displayed during the estimate—taking his time to show me samples and making suggestions based on my taste. They replastered my pool, installed a new motor, changed the light switch, replaced one rail, added a rail, added tile to the steps, installed a valve (so I won’t have to keep filling it up manually) and painted my deck. The estimate was simple, Jon Huff didn't try to upsell or pressure me into getting more than I wanted, but gave me all available options. Out of 7 companies I contacted they were 1 of 2 that actually responded and came out. They offered a 5 year warranty on their plaster and explained in detail what I needed to know to make the right decision. Jon even gave me some tips on how to freshen up the pool deck. Trident pools did an exceptional job and stayed in communication with me the entire time. There was a small delay of a day or two on the tile work and I was contacted immediately. I knew what was happening every step of the way. My pool was completed over 2 years ago now and it still look brand new.
