Our cool deck around the pool is 19 years old and flaking. Also some tree roots lifted some of the concrete in an area. Trident came out, replaced the concrete and removed and replaced the old cool deck. They were great! Carson gave us a great estimate and was very helpful in the process. 100% Satisfied!! Las Vegas is not known for superior service and kept promises when it comes to the service industry, but Trident Pools proved otherwise at every step. We refurbished our waterfall, tile and quartz and Scott/Carson met all the deadlines they said they would hit, within budget and it looks fantastic. Thank you to the entire team for a job well done and done on time!!

I chose this company for the professionalism Carson displayed during the estimate—taking his time to show me samples and making suggestions based on my taste. They replastered my pool, installed a new motor, changed the light switch, replaced one rail, added a rail, added tile to the steps, installed a valve (so I won’t have to keep filling it up manually) and painted my deck.
