I chose this company for the professionalism Carson displayed during the estimate—taking his time to show me samples and making suggestions based on my taste. They replastered my pool, installed a new motor, changed the light switch, replaced one rail, added a rail, added tile to the steps, installed a valve (so I won’t have to keep filling it up manually) and painted my deck. The estimate was simple, Jon Huff didn't try to upsell or pressure me into getting more than I wanted, but gave me all available options. Out of 7 companies I contacted they were 1 of 2 that actually responded and came out. They offered a 5 year warranty on their plaster and explained in detail what I needed to know to make the right decision. Jon even gave me some tips on how to freshen up the pool deck. The paintings on the pool deck were damaged. Scott refused to paint or fix it unless I had a paint touchup. I don't have it. 👹😡 go to Yelp because I wrote detailed information. Please do not use their service. He should hold his crew accountable for the lack of care in their work. Also, he should take responsibility as the business owner.
