Called to make an appointment and was told I had to get a referral first, after speaking to my insurance I was confirmed that I didn't. Then I made the appointment online and two days before the appointment they called and said that the Dr wasn't going to be in that day and the website shouldn't have allowed me to pick that day so they rescheduled for three weeks later and now they called to say that they're having schedule issues and wanted to reschedule for yet another month away.
