Your staff were helpful and kind. The Doctor listened and heard my concerns. She explained herself in detail and overall covered my issues.
The only reason there are 2 stars is because the surgery was a success and Cheryl in the front office was the only person who actually helped me. I called them to schedule a followup due to massive swelling of my ankle. I was told they would call me back within 48 hours with the appointment. Never received a call so I called back on the 3rd day and was told the same thing. No call again. I called a 3rd time and was told the same thing. No call.
