I went there when it was Trident family medicine and never got sent to the correct doctor for my problem 8 years later I finally know what's wrong with my leg. I also have high blood pressure and was never put on medication for it and I had a stroke
I would give them 0 stars if I could. One of the staff called me a loser. An another made fun of me cause my disorder than tried to tell me she wasn't sending my medicine over when clearly it's something I have to take everyday. I have never felt so downed by a facility by my own doctor who didn't even remember what meds I was on when I went back to see her. This is the most Ludacris doctors office ever. EXTREMELY UNORGANIZED
First time going the other day with my sister for support, and I absolutely loved this place. They were so caring and soft-spoken. They let you talk and explain yourself, and they seem genuinely concerned for you. Everyone had the best bedside manner, the front desk, nurse and doctor just really a great place to go. Very clean and quiet also which is calming.
A easy and comforting doctor offices with practicing residents who care to ask the real questions.
Very concerned with your heath care, residents are wonderful and Dr Nancy Crossly is also great! Thank you Trident for being there for me, and getting the job done, only issue I have is nurse not following up on phone calls! She does the job but not informing me of meds she called in!
