I highly recommend Trident Home Loans to anyone who is about to purchase a new home. I cannot say how happy I am with choosing them as my lender. To start with, I spoke directly with Marty whose knowledge and recommendations (on which type of loan was best for me) were greatly appreciated. Nadine and Ashley, who kept me up to date and on track, even after multiple delays with the closing date. And a thank you to Angie for the calls and flag (even after we had closed), which will be proudly displayed on our new home.
We really appreciate all the hard work done by the Trident team to get us into our new home. We had an accelerated timeline for closing and everything was completed efficiently and on schedule. I appreciated the fact that all my questions were answered quickly and it was very easy to get ahold of someone when I needed to. Also the great rate and low fees were fantastic!
