I did an original loan and two refis though Trident on my current property. I shopped around a lot and no one could beat their rates/costs. They have extremely in depth knowledge of VA loans (more than anyone else I spoke to) saving me thousands of dollars in fees. They have a customer for life.

I did a refi with THL and had an overall positive experience. Ashley was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Although the lender kept having a few extra questions, we worked with them and got the loan closed. THL has some very competitive rates so I definitely recommend keeping them in mind when you need a loan!
