Some people hate their lives and have no business working in customer relations or service. And that fact begs the question of why this organization would choose such a miserable sourpuss with the disposition of a witch (yes I'm actually thinking of the other word that rhymes with witch) and the manners of a freaking barbarian to work the front desk. RecommendedI am very pleased with Trident and highly recommend this lab.
I wish I could give them Zero star. they send cases overseas and you can not call to modify or request any changes . poor quality and even worse customer service. I have requested my models back one week ago and called again today to find out its seating in their lab ! never again .
horrible lab!!! everything i send them thats a removable is garbage... never fit and out of occlusion. my mistake for using them as opposed to other lab. same case back and forth 5 times! sent it to my lab man and it was done right from bite rim but i ended up discounting the overdenture 60 percent and a very unhappy patient that was so upset the new overdenture didnt satiate. never. again. period.
I've been using this lab for the past 15 years. Excellent customer service, excellent communication with the lab and less than 0.5% of remakes or lab adjust. Excellent zirconia crowns.
My huband has worn a bitesoft appliance for years. Every 18-24 months we would make a new one. Recently we cannot get one to fit. Now I am told my impressions are poor. Something at the lab has changed. Beancounters probably. Sorry to say a great thing has gone bad.
