very unprofessional, they canceled my service .I had them set up for a pest control spray every other month for $30 per spray , in November they came and sprayed and I left $40 with my wife and he said that is what it cost now ($40) , Then I set it up so they invoice me and I pay by **** Pay, It worked fine ,paid 1/25/21 ,then they came out 4/7/21 and wanted payment, I told the sprayer that the company bills me , he said OK and left, then they sent the termite guy to collect, so I give him a check nobody shows ** in June so ... read more

Very sorry to hear about this dissatisfaction. As of now the account is fully paid up. The issue with servicing the home is, we do not bill out $30 services. Payment is always collected on site when the job is done. After man hours are wasted trying to collect payment, it is best for both parties to stop services There is no contract for service. If services are performed, payment is then due.
Terrible serivice. They Were here like 5 min and charged me 75 bucks. Lol...
Very pleased with the excellent service provided by Tride and True. Trevor and his team were prompt, reliable, courteous and very professional. They returned calls promptly, were very accommodating in fitting us into their very busy schedule, showed up on time for appointments, worked very efficiently, and got the job done! The termites have met their match. I highly recommend this business for good service and excellent value.

No They fill their trucks with out water and they are very unconcerned what they do. Today their hose connection was bad and water was leaking unto the parking lot. Very inconsiderate.
Our first time with this company and boy what a great choice we made.The technician TONY was "GREAT" need more people like him very respectable and smile & answer all my questions even the silly one!! We are going keep this company. we couldn`t be happier !!! Thanks Tony"
