Never rent from tricon and they don’t care they just want there rent at the end of day , I have lived in the house I’m renting now 5 year ever since it was first built ,shipman company owned it before tricon bought them last year , and never ever had a problem all the Neibor were nice and friendly, this year I had a Neibor move in , across the street from me and I respectfully asked the neighbor not to use my driveway because he is leaving tire marks all over my driveway and causing damage, on top of that the guy that’s doin... read more
this neighborhood & by far the worst ever , some guy drives up and down the streets with a loud 4wheeler late nights early afternoons so disrespectful, I will definitely be reporting everything to the city & not to mention the nosey neighborhood that watches & lurks on people , people drive full speeds throughout the neighborhood if you can stay far away from the neighborhood smell like drugs & Marijuana everyday I give it 0 stars if possible

Our rental home was recently bought by Tricon and after only 3 months, we might have to consider leaving after three years in our home. We submitted a matinance request over a month ago about roof damage after a storm and a hanging branch that's threatening our adjoining fence, we've resubmitted and called 10+ times. Nothing. They say they've sourced it to a third party to deal with, but no one has contacted us to fix the issue.
