Completely non-responsive. Tricom has 'managed' our timeshare for past decade and run it into the ground with egregious mismanagement. Like others who posted here on unrelated properties, we too have had accounting/billing errors. We have also sent emails & left dedicated voicemails with absolutely NO RESPONSE. Resort, now 'managed' by Tricom, is rarely staffed, in disrepair and many personnel have been rude or inefficient.
I'd give Tricom a ZERO if I could. Tricom manages a timeshare in which I am an owner in. For three consecutive years, Tricom has botched my billing. They declare themselves a "leader"in the timeshare industry - however, their incompetence s glaring as basic accounting and applying payments to the correct account is too hard for this company to manage!
No call back from Tricom after six, yes SIX, months of trying to get ahold of Derrick in charge of owner rentals. I have owned Jockey Club for twenty years. This is disgusting. This should be a ZERO STARS ( 0 ).
Have made several attempts to contact this company to transfer ownership. No one will return calls or respond. When you are buying the timeshare, the selling point is you can transfer the deed to relatives, but they make it impossible.
The representative Beatriz Molina at Tricom Management (maintenance fee department) in Anaheim, CA, is a very rude, nasty and disturbing individual. The lack of professionalism, courtesy and proper etiquette is displayed in her behavior. What a joke and embarrassment of an employee this company has representing them. So rude to owners.
