Air conditioner was shaking and making noise. Called Trico and talked with Anna, told her we'd like to make an appointment to have it checked out and fixed. She asked me to hold for a moment, then came back and said she had a tech that could be at the house to look at it in about 35 minutes. Tech Zac shows up, diagnoses the problem and orders parts. RecommendedWe waited for Burton for 3 days for no air conditioning service. Called trico they were here in about 5 hours had the air fixed in half hour. The technician Tom was absolutely amazing.
