The Doctor actually tricked my mother. My dog has a bladder infection and they provided her with an estimate of $190.00 and then asked to do and X-ray (for a bladder infection?). They didn’t disclose the cost or have her sign anything approving the X-ray. Then, as normal they brought out a $37 - 7.7 lb bag of dog, a $35 bottle of herbs (which cost $9 at Walmart) for bladder issues and antibiotics. As we were passing through Woodstock, our dog was having a medical emergency. I saw the office was opened and called. The front office staff told us to turn around and come right in. They were very welcoming and helpful. Dr. Farrar treated us like old friends from the first moment. One thing we loved is that Dr. Farrar spoke to our dog (and us) to tell her what she was doing. They stayed open late for us during the quarantine to save our ball python from severe injury. They are the best!!
We have been very happy with the care and compassion that our pets have received from the entire staff at Trickrum Ridge Animal Hospital.
Everyone there clearly love animals AND they are so professional and on point!
They are awesome took me in without a appointment to see my injured cat.
They were always very attentive and honest with me with the care of my elderly pup. Right to the end they were there with me 100%. One of the saddest days of my life and the staff was so caring and understanding. I never had an issue with their care and while they can be pricey the doctors a d staff were always there with me.
