I have been seeing Marinela consistency for three years now and my mental health has drastically improved. She has a calm demeanour, solution focused approach, and allows you to control the conversation. I have been able to better control my emotions, identify triggers, and put healthy boundaries in place. I choose healthy relationships and have emotionally grown significantly over the last three years. I wouldn't be where I am today without Marinela's support and couldn't recommend her enough for psychotherapy .
