I recently had a frustrating experience with Anita Adkins, which has left me questioning their reliability with my time.
I do not recommend using Tricity Pain Associates. I have been a patient with them for 4 months. Today, I walked out of my visit after another situation that would turn my 30 minute appointment into a 2 hour appointment. During the 4 months, I have had multiple issues, including a change in physician causing issues with processing insurance, conflicting information between front desk and nursing staff causing appointment delays or cancellations, 2 different communication apps that you have to use for every appointment, and ge... read more
I have been trying to get my medical records from them for 2 months - 2 fax requests sent, 3 voicemails, and several texts, still nothing. I only see the actual doctor at the surgery center, they ignored one of my symptoms and now insurance won’t cover treatment for that area for another few months, and they refused to request more imaging but instead encouraged more surgery.
