Very nice staff and owner, love the furniture, they pay attention to detail, easy to find and great prices as well.
We went in to TriCity Furniture a couple of weeks back to look for a couple of sofas, and a table and chair set. The staff (we worked with Kathy and Krista) is very knowledgeable in the quality and practicality of their products. They don't push anything on you to get the highest sale. We felt very confident in our purchases and highly satisfied with the help we recieved. This kind of genuine assistance is a rare thing in the sales industry today!
Recently purchased a mattress set and are very pleased with our experience! Don helped us and was very informative and not pushy. The delivery staff was kind and fast. Overall a good experience I would recommend!
Very disappointed in their customer service. Purchased a piece of furniture at a good price and then was called and told that it had actually been sold the night before and that the piece was discontinued and no longer available. Went in the store a few weeks later and saw the same piece on display. They would not honor the price that they originally sold it to me for, but offered a price of double what I originally agreed to buy it for.
Jeanne helped me pick out the perfect furniture for my home. Everyone was helpful and courteous. Even the delivery guys are not just there to drop off your furniture. They were knowledgeable about the product, careful and super helpful! First class furniture store!
After many happy years our dining room and living room AND full house carpet is still comfortable and coordinated. Kathy even helped me to choose wall colors through out the whole house. We received compliments often ! Great store, SUPER Staff, precious people as OWNERS !♡♡
