Big thanks to the delivery men from Tri City Furniture who are not only friendly and entertaining but go above and beyond! While delivering my new bed they both mentioned that they smelled gas in my home. I hadn’t noticed it at all. In minutes after calling Consumer’s Energy, a technician confirmed I had a significant gas leak on my boiler due to aging valves and turned off the gas. Yesterday I had two of your service men Lincoln and Travis over to repair our recliner. Those two men were amazing. Fixed the chair in just minutes. Service after the sale is so very important. This is a great place to buy furniture! This was my first time buying nice new furniture, and I had a great experience here. They sat down with me and really listened to what I wanted and what would work in my space. I was able to make a regular couch into a sectional and chose every aspect of the design. They even loaned me a pillow that had the fabric I wanted so I could take it home and make sure it would look good in my living room before I ordered. My husband and I went in a year ago when I was pregnant looking for new living room furniture. We fell in love with a set but honestly life got in the way so we never ended up ordering.
