Dr. Ting is a great doctor. She listens to what your problems are and goes out of her way to help you.
Dr. Ting is a beautiful,wonderful, most at ease woman. She takes the time to hear you out when you need answers, she definitely helps you out by answering your questions, she also make sure you're taking your meds the right way, making sure you have enough meds, she also makes sure the meds that we take are good enough for our seizures. She also make sure our appointment with her in person or by phone is on point for next time. Dr. Ting is a sweet, understanding, magnificent doctor!!!

She’s probably pretty good for people who have more understood and common neurological conditions. She is less knowledgeable about more rare conditions and is not interested in learning much about them. This occurred even when I offered to provide information from UIC on my condition written by a renowned neurological doctor.
Dr. Ting always takes her time to fix or keep the cure working.
