I'm posting this as another broker who represented a buyer trying to work with her. She is very nice, but she has a lot of limitations. First of all, she uses a very unsecure AOL email account, which prevents some items from actually going through and is not into ending encrypted. She also recommended the escrow officer that she's been working with for 30 years and they were absolutely abominable.
