Very nice office; professional; on time. Always able to get an appt. Tricia is very knowledgeable, nice personality and I have been seeing her for quite a few years now.
After a relatively short waiting time, and update interview the exam was a complete body observation by Tricia . 3 small areas were treated on my back. .2 follow up procedures were recommended for a Blue light procedure. She assured me a new technology is now used which is completely painless. All of the staff were very professional and friendly.
I have been seeing Tricia for about 9 years. She has always been attentive to my needs and I never feel rushed. Always solves my issues.
Tricia is wonderful! Our daughter has multiple handicaps and needed a fast diagnosis of skin problems. Her PCP told us to get her to a specialist ASAP, so Tricia agreed to see us the same day!! She gave a complete explanation of the skin condition and made arrangements for treatment. What a wonderful person!!!!
This was the first time I have been to the Cranberry Twp office. Tricia got right to work on my full body scan and pop was very personable. She gave me a lot of information as she examined me. I had a previous melanoma so she was extremely thorough with my exam. I already have my 6 month scan scheduled with Tricia!
She didn't listen, therefore took big leaps and did an unnecessary procedure that left me with a scar. She OBVIOUSLY did not care in the least what she did to MY FACE. She was too busy having a social conversation with her assistant. She was not kind and doesn't seem to care about what she says or does to people. I have seen other reviews about horrible comments to patients, so it wasn't just me. Her bad reviews seem to "disappear".
