I want to thank Dr Crosby for being so patient & caring!! I was a very nervous and anxious patient but Dr Crosby thoroughly explained everything & was able to calm my nerves in many ways. I had numerous extractions & implants with very little discomfort. She is excellent at what she does & beyond knowledgeable. Dr Crosby and her team are 10/10!! Dr. Crosby is incredibly kind and skilled. She is very clear in her communication on what she was doing. I said something was a little uncomfortable and she made sure I had no pain at all. During prep, before Dr. Crosby did my implant, I was VERY scared to the point of anxiety and feeling like I would pass out. When her techs told her my anxiousness, Dr. Crosby came into my room and calmed me, and she explained why I shouldn't be scared. When proceeding, she would stop and talk to me to keep me calm; very calming. It has been one year now since I had my implant done. I go this week for my follow up appointment with Dr. Crosby. Dr. Crosby is fantastic!!! I drive in from Chicago because I will not go anywhere else for dental implants. Her knowledge and expertise is both amazing and treasuring. Superior staff, spotless office and great follow up. My renown Chicago dentist (over 40 yrs in practice) proclaims my dental implant work is absolute perfection!!
I've had 2 implants done by Dr Crosby. Both extractions were below the gum line. I have to admit I was scared given some of the people who have worked on my mouth over my lifetime. She and her staff were amazing! The most modern equipment, the best staff. Totally painless! They said to allow 2 hours. 30 min after she said open, we were done! I'm moving to FL in a year, but if I need oral surgery.... I'm flying back! She's that good!
My whole experience was wonderful. I went in not knowing anything about grafting. Dr. Crosby and her staff explained everything to me in terms I could understand. I always felt my well being was first on their list. I would highly recommend this office to anyone that needs periodontics work done. They are one of the most caring and considerate office I have been in. You are not just a number but a human being.

My dental implant procedure could not have gone any better. The surgery to remove the old tooth was quick and painless and performed with military like precision.
