While I have Never used her directly as a realtor, I have seen some of the places that she has staged and she is pathetic! She doesn’t know what she’s doing and she’s awful .

Tricia is the best! She truly goes above and beyond your typical agent. Initially, she helped us find a tenant to rent our home, and then eventually helped us to secure a buyer. Her background in construction was really valuable in that she was able to identify issues and secure great service providers to address them. Given that we were located out of state, she was incredible and hands on in getting our (former) home in tip top shape.

Tricia was our Selling Agent but because she also ended up representing the Buyers also, she offered to take a lower commission to make their offer just a little bit sweeter to get it done. Most Agents don't do that. She was extremely professional, communicative to both sides and got the deal closed in under 30 days, during the holidays! We look forward to doing more deals her.
