I accidentally called this location instead of another location. And the girl who answered was so rude and condescending. She made me SO relieved I do not go to this one, and I feel for the clients who have to deal with her. Your front desk needs some customer service training terribly.

Before I went to Lori, my haircuts never looked like it had a style and my hair is difficult because it’s heavy. If it’s not cut right it either doesn’t lay properly or it drags my face down. Lori has done my hair for years and knows exactly how to cut it. She has got to be the best colorist around and knows instinctively what to do with my hair every time I’m in. I get compliments from many of my business clients who actually now go to Lori personally. I will never go anywhere else!

Stylist rushed through my hair cut and wash. She didnt perform the face frame I requested. Additionally, I had to ask her to use product to protect my hair. Her customer service was horrible with her not speaking to me the whole time. I used to be a regular at this salon, but will not be returning due to this.
