Average Trice Jewelers is okay for new jewelry but for repairs, etc. it's terrible. I had them enlarge a gold ring and they literally ruined it. They didn't tell me they had concerns going in about increasing its size so when it came back and the stones were falling out, they said after the fact "we didn't think it was a good idea to enlarge". I was not happy and the ring (an antique) is ruined.

loose diamonds We have been having a great deal of trouble with this jeweler. We bought a wedding band in April; 5 months later the diamond fell out. We took it in to have another diamond set in the ring. It took a month to get the ring back and they put a tiny diamond in it. We took it back. They had it another month. The diamond fell out within ten days. They have now sent the ring to the manufacturer. It has been a month and we haven't heard anything.

Trice is Awesome!!! Justin and his staff do an AWESOME job. Justin personally helped me pick out a ring for my fiancé. The ring is gorgeous, but what I am happier about is their service. We just went back in to have the ring sized and cleaned. They helped us promptly and did not charge us anything additional. Plus they resized 3 watches we had that we DID NOT purchase there for FREE. I can’t say enough about the staff at Trice, all friendly and helpful, and NEVER pushy.

Diamond & Gold Buying? What a joke! Mike Shanahan may very well think Trice is a terrific place, but the gold and diamond buying end of things are terrible! Took a beautiful 1.5 Carat Marques cut diamond, along with two appraisals of $7500 and $7800 by respectable jewelers in Denver area, and was offered less than $2,000 for it! Said they weren't in the market for that particular cut. Didn't even bother to ask what the 24 Kt. ring was worth. What a waste of time!

Trice Jewelers is Amazing! Trice Jewelers is a fantastic company and everyone is so helpful and extremely knowledgeable about diamonds and jewelry. Since purchasing our engagement ring, wedding bands, and diamond earrings, we have referred 3 people to them and we are all thrilled with the quality and service they provided. We will be customers for life.

Great Jewelry Repair Job & Great Service! My wife and I were shopping for a new wedding band setting and wanted to see the new Trice Jewelers store on University and Arapahoe Rd. in The Streets of Southglenn. Trice Jewelers Very diissatisfied. Received a quote for a very minor repair and the quote took over a week and came back $130.00. The exact same repair at Jeweler Gallery (in business for 40 years) on S. Pearl St. was $20.00. So what does that tell me about the rest of their business -be careful who you do business with.
