I was very disappointed in the level of service I received from this institution. I had made an appointment for 3:00 and was 15 minutes late for the appointment due to the length of my travel and the weather conditions. As soon as I walked in the office the woman at the front desk said I was late and we could not meet the doctor. She did not offer to reschedule the appointment and no longer wanted to talk to me at that point.
