!UnHappy with this hospice company! Maybe this company use to be good but not anymore. They are rude, lack of empathy and lack communication during crisis. They have a high turn over with staffing. Long waits for the nurses to return your call and they fail to provide support during the final days.
I’m the caregiver for my husband. We are both in our 80’s. We’ve been with Tribute for a year now and have been very happy with everyone and everything. They are very loving and caring not only to my husband but also for me. A big thank you to my CNA’s ( Elvira & Cindy), and Nurse, Amy, for all they do. I really appreciate the rapid response I receive when I need to call the 800 number or the Social Worker.
In October of this year, 2024, I was put on Home Hospice. Valerie is my nurse. She calms me down. I'm not ready to go. I know that if I start feeling better because I'm getting my needed prescriptions, medical help in keeping me comfortable. She has made sure that I'm okay before the weekend, or Holiday. Om December 22. Tribute hospic took over the care of my wide Phyllis. We are located out at Lake Corpus Christi. Until her death in February, the nurses, care givers were here to support both of us with true love and care. At the time of her death,Kristin was here to cry with us. They are truly a blessing to us.
