All contact with the professionals at this office have been customer service oriented. Phone calls are answered with a smile (You know you can tell!) and my questions/concerns are always addresses promptly. When entering the office, I am acknowledged quickly (even when the "greeter" is on the phone) and welcomed with a smiling face! Each dental assistant I have met has been personable and knowledgeable. Excellent
My hygienist makes teeth cleaning easy and I never dread going. She works fastidious and doesn't talk the entire time when I can't talk back. She's gentle, informative and doesn't try to talk me into spending money at the dentist as many other places do. Sunrise dental is always a pleasant visit, great waiting room, good magazines and great cooking show is always on the TV.
