prompt, thorough and efficient while being personable too.
The waiting period was a bit too long - I had blocked off an hour for my visit, waited for the first 20 minutes to be seen, and then had 40 minutes left for x-rays and photos. The end goal of my visit was not accomplished, which was to receive a teeth cleaning. I think that going forward it would be helpful to either communicate up front how long a new patient exam is meant to take so I can schedule accordingly, or to ensure that appointments are better able to start on time.
Have been going here for about 2 years, seeing Dr. Solomon. Great experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They've always been able to see me on time and the office itself is nice, clean and inviting. Dr. Solomon is very attentive, he explains everything he is doing, communicates well during procedures and is mindful of how you are doing during anything that might be uncomfortable. Happy to have found a great dentist with a great practice here in NYC.
