I had a 9am appointment and arrived at 8:55 The hygienist arrived after 9 and started my appt at 9:15. You always speak of valuing people's time, so please hold up to your side of the timing as my time is just as valuable as all of yours.
In my last appointment, I stopped by to pick up my KOR whitening trays. After watching the DVD and reading the pamphlet, I realized that the information given to me in office was insufficient. I didn't know I had to refrigerate the gels, something that is SUPER IMPORTANT to say to the patient as soon as they get their trays. I left them for 2 days in my drawer because of the lack of knowledge. I think that once people are handed their whitening trays, they should get the same info as on the DVD/pamphlet.
The facilty was great and service was amazing!

The staff and Dr Solomon are professional and I've always been treated with respect. I feel like family and it's a nice feeling. Dr Solomon is very thorough and will work with you no matter what the problem may be. I know I'm always in good hands and trust his expertise. I highly recommend Dr. Solomon and his staff.
Always very thorough and efficient. They always offer options for my dental needs and sensitive to my schedule.
I am having a dental implant inserted. At my last appointment, an oral surgeon who works with Dr. Solomon took an x-ray of my jaw to make sure it was strong enough to withstand the implant. He then placed the metal implant in my mouth, using a drill and hand instruments. Finally, he sewed up the incision. There was some discomfort but no outright pain involved. Assuming that the healing process goes as smoothly as the work done so far, I will soon have a beautiful "new" tooth!

As usual my visit to Tribeca Smiles was a success. Dr. Salomon found a couple of problem spots and tackeled then immediately. The whole experience was very comfortable and I walked out happy and satisfied. Thank you Tribeca Smiles and Dr. Salomon
