Dr Babar was absolutely wonderful and so was the nurse who we saw beforehand. Would give both of them 5 stars! I came for my son’s first pediatrician appt. The reason I’m giving three stars is that we went to the location of the office as listed and the administrative staff told us our appt was in a satellite location —it was not far, but they gave unclear/incorrect directions which led to a lot of walking around back and forth (not so easy when you’re a few days postpartum and carrying a baby), and despite our asking, they ... read more
Just don’t come here. You cannot rely on this place! Keep cancelling appointments last minute all the time. Impossible to get through as well. Do yourself a favor and find a good place where they will care for your kid, because this place does not !
I had a terrible experience at Tribeca Pediatrics due to unprofessionalism, dismissiveness, and what appears to be record tampering. My confirmed appointment was at 3:40 PM, yet when I arrived, I was repeatedly bypassed. After waiting 45 minutes, the front desk staff changed my appointment time twice and was dismissive when I showed proof of my original time. Dr Babar has been incredible so far. We just had our daughter less than a week ago and Dr. Babar has already helped us so much through her extensive knowledge and wonderful bedside manner. Every question is answered thoughtfully with no judgment. The whole team here is also so friendly and accommodating. So glad we selected Tribeca Pefiatrics in JC for our daughter’s care!
